By registering with Artq.net you will have agreed to the following conditions: 1. All artists must agree to not post work that uses explicit pornography, obscene language, or offensive material. Though Artq.net does not have the power to monitor exhibitions by the minute, Artq.net does reserve the right to remove an artist's membership privileges, or remove any exhibit at any time if it is deemed inappropriate. 2. Artq.net can choose to not accept an application for any reason. Applications may be denied if the artistic style is deemed unfitting to the character of the site. 3. All artist memberships can be terminated at any time for any reason. 4. All images you submit must be your own work. 5. We respect your copyright, your images belong to you. Artq.net may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on Artq.net. This agreement may not be otherwise amended.

Images are copyright of the individual artists and may not be reproduced without permission. Artq.net does not review, screen or edit messages posted by users. Nonetheless, we reserves the right to monitor or remove any information transmitted or received through the Service, or to terminate your membership and use of the Service, at any time, without notice, in our sole discretion. It is members' responsibility to bring violations of the Terms of Use to our attention, although we do not guarantee any action based on such information. The following actions may result in removal of messages and/or termination of your membership. * Posting or transmitting third-party copyrighted information or in any way infringing on the intellectual property rights, contractual or fiduciary rights of others. * Providing false information on registration form, or impersonating someone else.
