You're work is good and I have ordered 2 portraits before that I love. Now though, I ordered a portrait of my dog from you in February. I even paid additional money as I was told by Anne the price had gone up. I have not received my portrait and have now found out you went out of business. I certainly hope you are going to either refund my money or send me my portrait as well as complete the orders of everyone else who is waiting.

Purchased 2 photos on HSN in Feb.2009. Order # HTPY 180000250 - 18 X 24 framed plus matted print. Have been trying to telephone you for 2 days. I have 2 - 11 X 14 pictures - bride and bride & groom in black and white. Can they be colorized if I give you colors? I Need PRE-ADDRESSED ENVELOPES (1 OR 2) TO MAIL PHOTOS TO YOU.
