William Raymon Sylveter is an exciting new artist whose work has a rare magnetism which catches and captures the eyes, hearts and souls of people who view it. Born in Oakland California in 1967, he has led a turmultuous life of extremes and has come through difficult circumstances to bring us art and vision. The works of William Raymon Sylvester share with us images of simplicity and beauty...evoking much more than pensive and deep thought...but even deeper emotion. When viewing an original piece, one simply has to feel first...and quiet the intellect for a moment. It seems as if one almost connects to the thought before the thought...the voice before the voice. Hello and welcome. This is a place for people to see the art which I do. I primarily do this for myself as a means of expression. The act of putting these images out into the world brings me joy and some sort of resolution.
