Shekar Roy, born in Kolkata in 1973. He received Bachelor degree in Commerce from City College of Mirzapur, Calcutta University. He has done many solo show including Gorki Sadan, Academy of Fine Arts, Taj Bengal, ITC Sonar Bangla in Kolkata and Gallery Space in Hyderabad apart from many successful group shows in India and abroad.
