Statement
|
|
People, objects and people`s way to thinking and their way to respond to the different situations in day to day life, inspires me to create paintings and sculptures. I often take daily life and routine as my subject matter. As we live in such a unique world of colors, shapes, objects, I try to play with those to create exiting and vibrant work of art.
My Paintings and sculptures are characterized by the use of human forms, places and objects around us. I also like to use different Medias at different times to present my ideas in my works. In my way of thinking, it helps me a lot to express my ideas into my art works. In other words, I born and bought up in a middleclass family in India, and we celebrate so many festivals in such a vibrant way. Like kite festival in we fly colorful kites, in holi, we play with colors, and so on. And that inspires me to make my work of art vibrant and colorful.
I currently live and work in London, Ontario, CA.
