Biography

Tom Walton lives and works on the Isle of Wight and in Brighton.
He is a professional Isle of
Wight / Brighton based artist who has been painting (oil on canvas) for ten years, Graduate of the Hastings College of Arts, and has exhibited his work at various locations across southeast England. Tom is currently exhibiting at the Rana Muller Art Studio & Gallery UK, in Hastings, and in the online
gallery. He mostly paints on big canvasses, and he paints what he feels, experiences and interprets of life around him.

Artist Statement:
"For me, painting is that brief moment of clarity after the storm has broken".
'I paint what I feel to be true and honest - not only to myself, but also to society. I am better with expressing myself through the medium of oils and brushes than by words.'
