Statement
I view painting as a way to express feelings, emotions and thoughts in a way in which verbal language cannot. I seek harmony in imaginary forms, trying to recompose the world on canvas with the pieces of a puzzle, taken from a reality which often seems to be twisted. My compositions are mostly inspired by the biblical concept of creation trough word. The Word has there the power to create matter and spirit. This means energy, energy means movement - which creates vectors, which are able to create forms. It is a way to express gratitude to Creator and creation. I use the rhythms, intersections and repetitions to compose shapes, mostly with mineral and organic reverberations. The result is meant to intrigue and to invite the viewer to explore on his own the creation and celebrate it. My paintings do not attempt to demolish the order of the visual world, nor the forms, nor the space, nor its' complex properties.
