ModernSpec was founded on the 17th of July 2014 to supply doors-windows-furniture hardware and laminate doors under the brand livr, which primarily focused on quality. We also supply door hardwares with new innovations from Italy and various types of laminate sheets from India to support fast-growing resorts, hotels, and other resident project industries.
